If you get enough sleep and you don't have any medical problems causing it then you just have naturally pale skin. (Just look at Nicole Kidman. Her skin is naturally pale too.) Many here have said to try to get a suntan, but the thing about tanning is that it doesn't work well on people with very pale skin. They typically end up looking sunburned instead of tan. Most sunless tanners won't work well either, as they tend to look more orange on those with naturally ultra-light skin. I would recommend wearing colors that flatter your skintone. Brighter colors look best, especially near your face as dark colors like black will only make your skin look lighter in comparison. Brown and brown-based shades aren't very flattering either. Also, how you do your makeup can make a difference. Don't try to buy a foundation that is darker than your skintone. All this will do is leave you with a distinct line on your chin or neck where your foundation ends or if you blend well, your face will be noticeably darker than your body and it will look strange. What I would suggest is a bronzer, used on the cheeks, nose, and forehead. Select a bronzer that is gold-based, not brown or bronze. Bronzers in those shades can make your light skin look ruddy. If you wanted to try a sunless tanner, I would suggest one of the body lotions that are sold with a hint of a tanner in them. That way the color will be very subtle and not as orange, but will give you a little bit of color. Hope that helps!

You can go out in the sun for like 10 minutes a day. But ALWAYS use suntan lotion so you don't get a sunburn.

Well I am naturally really white pale and if i don't use sunscreen I burn. So in the summer I mix spf 25 suncreen with that tanning spray (with spf 15) and I tan but not burn!

try using a little bit of bronzer right on/ or just under your cheek bones. it gives more defintion to your face and brings color to your face.
you can also try a little bit of blush. looks great in winter. (rosy cheeks)

Maybe thats your natural skin color.Try a lotion that makes your tanner over time...so its not a dramatic all at once change...Jergens makes a good one.GOOD LUCK.
