it is very unlikely - most gift cards are like store credit cards now- they will not exchange them for cash- if you really are opposed to getting anything from that store- sell it to a friend who shops there, trade it for another card from someplace you like or as a LAST resort- spend it at the store and then in a day or so return what you purchased for cash- just make SURE you have the receipt , otherwise you can only return it for store credit

Buy something at the store and return it and hope they don't put it on another gift card. Otherwise, you can sell it on eBay but won't get full price.

If you look on it, it may say not redeemable for cash. It may be in small print somewhere, But for the most part, you cannot.
