Hey um i need to understand how cuting 500-1000 cals off your daily needs help you lose weight?
1. how much calories do I need to eat to lose 2 pounds a week ( im 5'5, 16 yrs old and weigh 202 pounds)
2. how many miles a day would be good enough to lose 2 pounds a week?
3. how many LESS calories do i need?
4. How much time working out/running?

In order to lose weight, you need to consume less calories than you burn. . . a 1000 calorie diet will ensure you get the nutrition your body needs.... The best way to loose weight is running. . . a good cardio work-out helps speed up the metabolism. Also, don't eat after 7:00pm . . as your body naturally slows down your metabolism and makes it harder to lose the weight.

Do something like walking 2 miles a day and 8 glasses of water its simple as that and eating 6 meals 2.5 hours apart
