Were u can custimize the skills the hair the armor and wepons exetra umm would love if its free if not thats fine with me but yea any good ones out there? 3d or 2d dont care

If you're looking for a free online game, then you're not going to find anything -too- detailed, but there are some decent MMORPGs out there.
Off-hand, I can recommend MapleStory, Knight Online, Hero Online, or Silkroad Online. They're all decent games with some decent customization. Some (like MapleStory) will allow you to purchase different hairstyles and clothing items from their online store.
You can also check out FreeMMORPGList.com. There are tons of free games listed there, from RPG to FPS.
If you're willing to spend some money, I'd highly recommend Guild Wars. It has free online play, so you'll only have to pay for the initial game and any expansions that you purchase. It's a very detailed game and has some gorgeous scenery (and music).
