I play Racquetball twice a week so I do not think it is exercise. I have been to Doctors and they can find nothing wrong. It just seems to keep getting worse. Any ideas to help me get a boost?

Since you do exercise, I can't say get some of that so, do you take a multi-vitamin everyday? If not, try taking some for awhile and see if that helps. Have you had your iron levels tested when you saw your doctor? Sometimes low iron can cause low energy. Vitamin C also helps give you a boost without having to take in all that extra sugar that's in some energy drinks or sodas. Hope this helps. If you haven't had your iron levels checked recently, give that a try, it may just be that you are low and need to take an iron pill.

if you are eating good food( not fast or processed) and getting enough sleep and your DR. has ruled out thyroid malfunction--- and your drinking a good bit of fresh water- try a good b- vitamin, maybe your just to Mobil and need a boost- -but if you only play ball twice a week and sit on the couch the rest of the week that does not count---- as enough exercise. where do you live- are you being exposed to some kind of pollution? do not drink city water!! fluoride causes cancer- look around you and see if something is new in the area that might be a cause aka the new power plant down the road etc...

Make sure you're covering the basics -- try getting a solid 8 hrs sleep at least 2 nights in a row. Take a multi-vitamin, watch your diet and avoid junky stuff. Also, make sure you're being honest with yourself about stress. If something is going on in your life that's causing you turmoil, sweeping it under the rug is just going to wear you out. Since it's almost the start of winter, lack of sunshine could be making you feel blah. Needless to say, if you've ruled out all of the above, go see a doctor.

There is no indication of your age,or diet preference. If you're vegetarian,or over 35...I'd guess at a B12 deficiency....easily determined by bloodwork....your Dr. will guide you to the appropriate way to rectify[easy to resolve]. If you're healthy....try an improvement in diet intake, and check for Seasonal Affective Disorder.....

sounds like your body is out of alignment. If that's the case, then you are probably using too much energy holding your posture up.
Check your leg length and shoulder heights.
If you see a difference, get checked up.

Get a blood test to check for levels for B6 and B12. When someone has a lack of energy it is due to low levels of B6 and B12.
