If you're talking about the U.S. Virgin Islands, then the nationality is American. If you mean the British Virgin Islands, then the nationality is British. Now, you can be considered a "Virgin Islander" but ultimately, your nationality is either American or British depending on which group you live. That being said, there are different ethnicities on both groups of islands. Black, white, latino, asian, etc.

First at all.....i want to say to Storm....that Hispanic is not a race.
It is a group of pple that talk the same language........only that.

Now...replying to ur question......
You are funny....
Do u think that cant be hispanics black?? Hispanics.....as every other groups of pple can be from different races.
Arent americans black?
arent americans yellow?
arent american caucasics?

With hispanics happen the same.

About what are the pple from Virgin Islands......I dont know if they speak spanish, but i guess that if some person from Virgin Islands have black parents will be black hispanic................and if parents are caucasics, will be caucasic hispanic. But above all, are Virgin islanders !!!!!!!!

But tell me.....is that so much important???

You are what you are. If you're hispanic then, that's your ethicity (it's not a race, so those that are hispanic that have light skin are considered white. also if you're hispanic then you have a backround of that is Mexican, Latin, Spanish, etc...).

Black is a race. So if you look in the mirror and you see dark brown skin, then you're black. Which means you have a backround which is African.

If you have neither, then you're asking the wrong question.

I believe it depends on what island you are from? Which one are you from? But I think you would be considered black.
