If you are speaking Biblically, it doesn't say. it mentions Cain and Able and Seth but there were other family members as well as Cain was married and went to a whole other land of Nod. Thus we must conclude Cain was not the first born of Adam and Eve. Now if you ask who is the twelfth person mentioned in the Bible that would be different. But you didn't.

I decided to research a bible. Since Adam and Eve were never actually "born," I omitted them. Their first 2 sons were Cain and Able... then a whole bunch of begatting began. I don't know if men kept making women from their ribs because Adam and Eve never had a daughter and yet Cain had a wife.

Number 12 was Seth, the third child of Adam and Eve... they "knew each other" again after their children and children's children etc. begat several children. At least that is what the bible in my house said.

:)

Wow! What a question.

If you're looking for an answer from science or genealogy, it's iimpossible to answer. If you're question assumes a particular religious belief, it depends.

Assuming you're basing the question on history as depicted in the bible, it's still impossible to answer. The Bible lists Adam and Eve (who were created, not born) and then names 3 of their children, presumably the first 3 males. But nowhere does it say they were the first 3. And after that, it's silent about who their other children were, or who was born when.
