Yes, many of times. I remember one incident that has always stuck in my mind. When I was 5 years old (back in 1990), my own mother threw a large metal spoon at me. It hit me just above the eye, and I was bleeding so badly that I had to get stitches. The scar is still visible to this day. Another incident I remember was back when I was 9 (1994). I got beaten so bad by my uncle that I couldn't even go to school the next day. I've been through a lot of physical and verbal abuse over the years. Sometimes I wish I was never born.

I've just finally been able have the man arrested this year who took my childhood away from me and it's a very hard step to take, but it's a best thing I ever could have done for me.

i had a good childhood but i have cousins that were abused. my mom took one of my cousins in to live with us until my aunt got her act together. i was blessed but so many children go through pure hell and that is a shame. i pray for our children in this world as so many cannot be children and have to suffer such hideous things

YES, physical and verbal abuse. It was horrible but thankfully I've had wonderful therapists who gave me my life back!

I was bullied as a kid...I lived in a small town with jealous people.......didn't get better until I moved away.....
Steve please don't feel that way.....I know my story is minor in comparison to yours and everyone Else....but just remember what happened to you and anyone else who was abused......was not your fault....find what makes you really happy...and go and enjoy life.

yes! my stepgrandfather had a wooden leg and when mom and dad would leave me at grandmas they would do bad things to me and dad found out and i wasnt allowed back around them for along time. when i grew up they were afraid to do anything.
