well the shoes depend on the blouse...you could wear black and then keep it simple with black shoes.....anything really looks good with winter white-it depends what color and look you are going for

you should wear a bright color if you want to stand out and then match your shoes according to the color of your shirt.

I think red would be fun. It really stands out with the white. Or try jewel tones. :)

I would pair a blue grey shade or a dark blue. NOT RED! Maybe a darker green.

blue is a nice colour,
or choose some metalic colours like silvers (but carefull...metalic colours not always match in every person...)

for Christmas i would do red... for both...
you could also go with brown... silver... gold... black... pink...
really... your options are endless... anything but white white...
