I am going to see a Chiropractor and I would like to know what are the typical rates. Also, what are important questions to ask the doctor. What are the best approaches for a Chiropractor to do for someone who has Carpal Tunnel? Is Active Release Techniques a good approach?

I would not recomend a chiropractor as my first choice of treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. While I like chiropractic, using a CHT-certified hand therapist (either an occupational or physical therapist) would be my first choice to treat such a problem if it is true carpal tunnel syndrome you are talking about here. CHT's now the hands inside and out.

Charges vary from Dr. to Dr. they can run from $25 to $55 per office visit. But you should see a Chiropractic Neurologist because they have specialized training in Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome isn't for sale. If it were...I don't know what the price would be but here's a poser for you: Is there any alternative to surgery? If not - can a chiropractor perform it?

Oh... do you mean accupressure?

A chiropractor would charge normal rates and include your carpal tunnel treatment as part of your consultation.
If they charge you extra...get out!
