I'm a 16yr old girl and he's a 18yr old guy... He has a car so going somewhere isnt out of the question... We hang out a fair bit, but usually neither of us can decide what to do and we end up just fooling around... Neither of us have a lot of money (he's a university student and I just quit my job)...
Any fun ideas?

hey go to the beach and hide out there and talk about things you enjoy or at night bundle up it'll get cold! :) hah have fun

do the bowling alleys in your area have any special running (ours has $1 a game per person on mondays, $1 shoe rental). i'm no good at bowling and neither are my friends, but we always have a good time when we go, if nothing else, making fun of each other is a riot. one night i got made fun of because i almost fell into the other lane, but ended up with a strike, so that made it even funnier.

Go to Barnes and Noble or another bookstore to browse and have a cup of coffee or cocoa.
Is there a zoo nearby? Bundle up and go; the animals are much friskier and fun to watch in the winter.
Drive to a rich neighborhood, then walk through it and admire the holiday decorations.
Bake cookies and then deliver them to some friends.

Go to the mall, I'm not sure.. You could see a good movie... Or just rent a movie and make pasta or order chinese or pizza?? Have fun!

go the movies, the mall, take pictures at the mall!!! my friends do that all the time. it takes a lot of time but you have fun during that time!!! its the best. then like go out to your favorite restaurant. or you cook at home and make a mess and have fun!

you should go rent a DVD at your nearest video rental and go back to his place or your place and cuddle up with some popcorn and stuff you know make yourselves comfortable.
