I applied to 4 colleges and my transcripts went out on Friday...i'm wondering about HOW LONG does it take normally for a college to send you a letter back saying whether or not you are accepted or rejected?

The curriculum office can move this date upwards. If you
visit the most likely that you would accept, see what the pre-
orientation system is like. A
point I make is that any school is interested in your own personal course decisions showing that you understand the
membership in the system is your property, and your adult
life is invested in their services.

depends on the school most big schools websites will tell you the rough estimated time admissions sends out their acceptance letters I applied to 9 schools and didn't start hearing from any for over a month personally I'd wait a month then call or write the admissions dept for the colleges and ask when roughly would they send out their acceptance rejection letters some might even be nice and tell you the good news over the phone although I wouldn't count on it but 2 of mine did when I called to ask

it REALLY depends on the college. Some of my friends applied to college back in September and still have yet to hear from them while others applied about 2 weeks ago and already got in. It varies but you will find out soon enough :)

It really varies by school. I have attended several schools and have, on occasion, been accepted or conditionally accepted before all of the paperwork was in. In one case same day results. Other schools have their own timetables. Some have a specified date that they send first round acceptances on, with later dates for 2nd and 3rd round after then know who in the earlier rounds will be attending.

Anywhere from a week to infinity. After a month you may want to write a polite letter asking what is going on.

It depends on the college. As I remember it was late February, early March when I heard, that was in state and I didn't need for SAT scores to arrive.
