As to the second question, either Dilandau Albatou from The Vision of Escaflowne because of his inexcusably deplorable mannerisms concerning his Dragonslayers, or Gendo Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion, for finally admitting that he was wrong.

Would definately without a doubt want to be Sailor Moon, off Sailor Moon. She rocks, shes so gorgeaus, such a funny personality but other times incredibly deep and sorrowful. And she has Tuxedo Mask as her man and hes hot.
