I hate most Christmas music so much it causes me emotional damage and serious depression but our freaking radio station plays not only Christmas music, but the worst kind. That old 50s horsecrap. Anybody else out there just want to die when they hear Jingle Bell Rock or Rocking around the Christmas Tree>

I have nothing against Jesus or Christmas itself. but the commercialization of it and the putrid music would be an abomination to the Real Jesus

ok grinch i understand what you are going through my boyfriend hates the music too. but i find that when i turn it on and i cheer him up he gets into a better mood about it. your problem along with thousands others is you dont like christmas time, you may have encountered something bad happen around this time. so it is almost over.but the main thing i tell my bf is people dont really remember the true meaning of christmas...jesuses birthday and anybody should be in the best mood and stop to think about what christmas is for that reason alone. not giving gifts.

I'm with you, but any court would throw the case out. One reason being that it would open the door to a lot of frivilous lawsuits and there would be no radio left to speak of shortly after that Pandora's Box is opened. Second, listeners have a choice as to whether or not to listen, or to go into a store that plays said music.

There are two basic dials on most radios, one turns it on and off and the other changes stations.
