Ugh. Just pitiful,How is this really even an upgrade? Seems like starting Sweeney or Klesko would be the same thing..and the Giants keep on getting older season after season. What happened to signing Sexon? Oh wait Giants GM is Sabean...my mistake! I wish we would've kept Ned Colleti. Jeez.

Lol ... be afraid? Of Ryan Klesko? That's funny ... No, teams shouldn't be afraid of the Giants, the team to watch is the Dodgers. With that pitching staff, they should be pretty solid.

On a side note, every time I see Ryan Klesko, I can't forget the Spring Training game I went to a couple of years ago and there were these two groupies literally fighting over him in the stands. It was hilarious. They were calling each other all sorts of names and screaming at Klesko from the stands. His teammates were dying laughing in the dugout.

True story.

If Klesko is healthy...maybe. The Giants sill have no hitting after Bonds. Just another farce of Peter McGowan and Staff to make money and not get top rated players. Get another over the hill has- been and hope he hits like Roy Hobbs or pitches like Cy Young.

IF the giants could land zito and david wells then I would say they are favored in the west. But as of now their pitching is looking pretty sad.

That's great he can play left field, when Bonds gets a day off. Giants bench is getting stronger!!!

Ryan is really clutch and he will let you know that in San Fran when he will start at 1st base for them.

Expect big #'s from him next season.

Of course, Look at all the experienced players they've signed, and they're actually good too. The acquisitions made by the Dogers really suck because they all aren't talented.

No, but the fans in the lower level seats should be on alert since many baseballs will undoubtedly leave Klesko's hand and end up in their popcorn. :-)
