Go to the Stratosphere for LUNCH. Really great view during the daytime (you can see a lot more than just the Strip), same great food but at lower prices, more casual dress code, and it's much less crowded than it is for dinner (still need reservations, but not so far ahead).

We also had a really terrific waitress (server)-one of the best I've ever met. She even took a great picture of us with our fancy desserts overlooking Las Vegas.

If you're still hungry, eat dinner at the Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio. For the filet mignon, they serve several different condiments for it, and are willing to bring more. I ended up trying 14 different sauces/condiments with mine! Mustards, horseradish, housemade steaksauce, etc. Yum! Their chocolate cake with melted center is also yummy--ask if you can eat it out on the porch while you watch the amazing Bellagio fountain show. It was so good we went back the next night just for the dessert!

In N Out burger is good if you've never been there before. If you are looking for a steakhouse Bally's has one of the best in town. Also, liked one of the steakhouses in Ceaser's called BOA. Rio has 2 very good buffets and many more. go to lasvegas.com and read up on some of them. You can also check out citysearch for Las Vegas and check out some reviews.

Rosemary's is the superb eating place in Vegas. they are placed off of the strip in slightly strip mall, yet properly actual worth the holiday. The service is impeccable and that they've a three direction or 5 direction tasting menu. they have a BBQ Shrimp appetizer that's good sized, and that they often have a sparkling fish that's impressive. My famous merchandise there substitute right into a fig, prosciutto and goat cheese appetizer. a great place to consume!
