I used to watch a bit of ER every now again but could never get into Greys Anatomy. So I will go with ER

ER of course the mother of medical dramas, the reason why other medical dramas like Grey's Anatomy are here in the first place, yes its not as fresh as when it first came out but it still offers riviting/fast storylines when it wants to, still able to create exciting explosive cliffhangers and it also introduced the speedy camera work, clever scripts/stories etc and sfx that many medical dramas have copied since, not bad for a show that has been on the television for as long as it has, wonder how many series of Grey's Anatomy there will be and if they would be able to keep up the pace by then...doubtful!

Greys Anatomy without a doubt. I just love the show is brilliant and one of the best programmes on TV at the moment I never miss an episode and I would love to have McDreamy

Grey's Anatomy because somebody is always getting some every episode and I am jealous.
But I really love Scrubs because its funny.
