I don't know how to vote best answer. The first answer was the one I needed quickest but the last answer by Prof really gives details. I am going to vite for the first answer but go find one of prof's answers and vote for best answer! That's fair I think.

Whenever something is expressed as "power" in "base 10" (the "standard" number system we use), it means the number of numerical places in relation to the FIRST number. A positive power means moving numerical places (or, in this case, the decimal) to the right. A negative power means moving the decimal to the left (also usually means the value will be less than 1).

Examples:

4.3 x 10 to the 4th power = 43,000
6.7 x 10 to the 5th power = 670,000
5.5 x 10 to the negative 1 power = 0.55
2.2 x 10 to the -3rd power = 0.0022

Therefore, your answer is 93,000,000
