Where are you going to school?!

I just went to a private university and spent only $45,000, oh and that was for 3 years. Where the heck are you getting $200,000?!?

Tuition has to go up. We're spending so much on the war that education funding has gone down the drain.

Agree, that's why I'm smart enough to go to public in state school. All these people end up spending 200 grand for a liberal arts degree, and there's no real work for them.

TOTALLY TOTALLY AGREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't even go to fashion design school or culinary school because their was no way in hell I could have afforded it without being in debt up to my eyeballs after I got my degree. College tuition is ridiculous and government loans like the Stafford loan stay the same.

Disagree. only a number of those 5,000 pupils at costly college are paying the entire $40,000 training. pupils from decrease-earnings households could have won delivers from the government, or want-based financial help from the faculty itself, making their training lots decrease. Others have won benefit scholarships from the faculty that pay for all or a element of their training. the place does that money come from? From the wealthier pupils who do no longer qualify for financial help and could desire to pay the entire training. It takes various money to run a school! different issues that money is spent on incorporate: Salaries for professors, administration, nutrition provider, custodial and different team. development new homes, updating and keeping the older ones. identifying to purchase state-of-the-paintings technologies, lab kit, and so on. Coaches, centers, kit, and holiday for athletic communities. well being centers for college pupils college room kit student housing nutrition centers community/public provider initiatives examine initiatives
