You all have come a long way since the age of 15. Be nice to those who are nice to you, but know at the same time who not to trust. Try to forgive those who made fun of you and move on and be friends. Rational adults can handle being busted on every now and then, you know-having fun,by friends, and at the end of the day the beer tastes just as good.

You should try and leave what they did to you in the past because all of you were younger and they were only doing what most kids do at that age. I am not saying be their best friend but just be careful so that you dont get your feelings hurt again. But I am certain that they are older and more mature now and have left all those childish acts in highschool.

well what happened... did you change? got a new image? or did you just become more outgoing? its good that they are nice to you know, but if you walk around like a dog just waiting to be kicked, you should expect it, that's why even if everyone else believes you are worth nothing, you have to BELIEVE that you are worth e v e r y t h i n g. & remember, people change... some girls & guys are late bloomers, like roses that havent yet fully developed. they are the kids who are smart, you dont care what others think (it doesnt mean they are geeks), those are also the kids who get teased & have to suck it all in, but in a few years those hott popular girls all the guys love, will not always be so hot, who knows one day they might just see you walking down the street & envy you. just remember the world is chock full of bitchy girls... you just have to be stronger. wanna know who your real friends are? screw up and see whos still there.

High school is lame. People grow up and mature. Most people change. Give them a chance but keep your guard up for awhile. Some may have been pressured by others in their crowd. If you don't want to hang out with them then don't. Plenty of other people in college to meet.

Are the "they" you are speaking of your aquaintances from high school, if so get over it maybe these peeps were just immature and now can see what a nice person you really are. Forget about the past they obviously have. One more piece of advice dont give trust easily.

Hard question and equally hard to answer it. Do you trust that they have changed as well as you have? Maybe they have matured and realized their mistakes. But if your gut is telling you that a person is not real, folow it. There are new people to meet and new friends that you can trust.
Trite saying. "1st time shame on you 2nd time shame on me." Trust until they let you down then move on.

Don't hold onto that anger, let it go. Kids are kids, in college they are more mature and are acting a bit more like adults. Make as many friends as you can and have fun.

This is perfectly normal, as people mature they realize when they have been wrong. Could be that you were just a convenient target at the time. You do not have to be friends with anyone if you dont want to. Just be cheerfull and leave it at that.

I see no reason why not. There's a pretty big difference between 15 and college age, things change.

People go thru changes all their lives, hopefully for the good.
Theyve changed, matured and you are looking backward.
Enjoy how youve grown and dont look back. Peace.
