I guy can't 'get' a girl pregnant, he can only put sperm inside her and that a girl can become pregnant if the egg comes into contact with it.
I don't think any guy wants to intentionally get a girl pregnant (unless they are trying for a baby of course) i'm sure they just want sex and stupidity on both sides often ends up in a child.
Trying to look at this logically, if a girl was on the pill, it wouldn't make any diffrence if the guy wore a condom or not so that must mean the female makes the decision.
So for this reason alone, it has to be the female that holds the power to decide.

My sister was 16 it was her first time, he put on a condom they started he paused for a minute she heard a snap and asked what it was. He said I had to adjust it, it was pinching. They finish she gets up and there on the floor is the top of the condom he had torn it off. We later found out from his friends that he had been keeping track of her cycles and planned this because if she got pregnant no one else would want her. She did get pregnant, and now she is happily married to someone else and has two more beautiful boys.

The guys fault for not wearing a condom, and the girls fault for not insisting on a condom or taking the morning after pill - so I say 50/50

both have faults, all kinds of situations. A girl I know got herself pregnant in order to keep the man around...he did, and they are in love again♥

It could go both ways i saw something like this on Sally Raphael its sad that you have to get pregnant or get some one pregnant in order to keep them what loosers.

If neither wants a child and neither protects themselves against pregnancy then it both parties faults. I don't understand how you can get pregnant by accident. If you don't have the protection, DON'T DO IT..... It's only common sense.

It could happen. I mean if a guy is in a relationship and wants a baby then he might either not use a condom, or hide her birth control, or poke a hole in the condom. Female could do the same if she wants a baby.
