After the my prostrate surgery, I still had some tissue blocking urine flow that why is was burning when I urinate so my urologist clean my bladder out and told me to use urethral dialator to clean tissue out once a day for 2 week

A urethral dilator is a special instrument with a guide wire that is inserted via the penis to widen the urethra. See this photo:

Are you sure you understood your doctor correctly? This procedure is usually done under anesthesia as it is not pleasant and is uncomfortable! There are a series of dilators and the doctors starts small and works up to the appropriate size. Also, I am fairly sure you would need a prescription to even purchase the dilator.
