No, that is self-centered, ignorant, and will get you no where in life. When you grow up you will learn being that way gets you no where. You have you will have to work with people and have respect for other to succeed in life.

Being hip (cool) is a state of mind.
Nothing else.
It is not in the clothes you wear or the way you walk down the street.
Being "hip" means that your mind is open and available to new experiences, attitudes, and happenings.
The term is loosely used, and has been since around 1972.
One person's "cool" is another's "square".
You may think "hip", but if you are attempting to be "hip" either in style, friends or under other false pretenses, you are most un-hip to be sure.
People who are "hip" will see right through it, and you will find yourself quite embarrassed.
Also, "hip" is not a mainstream thing, as so many mistake it to be.
It is like someone must drink the same coffee, and have the same handbag, listen to the same music, and hang out at the same places.
Those are mainstream actions.
Hip people go against the mainstream.

other people cant be useless, no matter how "cool and hip" you think you are. now, you can get to be so full of yourself that you THINK others are useless. in which case, you would need someone to pop that lame bubble of yours and snap you back to reality.

Just try to get by without anyone else for one day.
The biggest part of being cool is *being cool *to* people*, so you need people to do that. Being hip is just knowing what everybody else knows - so you can't do that without other people, too.

Sure thing, but that person might want to stop thinking like that before the either become hitler and erridicate all uncool people or before their head explodes from the swelling.
