By all reports, Epsom Salts are good. However, I recently heard on FOX News, an interview with a woman who recently wrote a book on Hollywood stars beauty secrets, cannot remember who this actress is, but after having morning coffee, during her morning shower, she would take the coffee grounds and rub on her legs (and feet also, as I recall), this reportedly helped tremendously for stretch marks and/or veins. Hope this helps.

Epsom salts.
Foot Soak: Soothe aches, remove odors, and soften rough skin with a foot soak. Add 1/2 cup of Epsom Salt to a large pan of warm water. Soak feet for as long as it feels right. Rinse and dry.

I would put some epsom salt, a little bit of olive oil or some other natural oil, and a few drops of my favorite scent essential oil (whatever scent you like) in some warm water. The epsom salt will help to releive any soreness, the oil will help soften moisturize and the essential oil is good aroma therapy- like I said use whatever scent you like best and whatever scent will achieve the goal you are looking for- minty scents (like wintergreen, peppermint, tea tree) for revitalization, citrusy scents for refreshing (orange, grapefruit) or calming scents (like chamomile, sandalwood) for relaxation.

If you have no oils or are not crazy about scents- warm water and epsom salt will do just fine- personally, for me - the oils make it so much nicer

Espom salts are great. They soften the feet as well as helping cleanse them. And an epsom salt bath actually feels really good on your feet, especially if you have a foot bath that bubbles and/or vibrates the water.

You can make your own. Get some epsom salt (which will help with aches and swelling); and buy some essential oils (peppermint will be tingly/refreshing). You only need to mix a couple of drops to a good handful of epsom salts.

I use Bath & Body Works foot soak. Sally Hanson's has a good one too. You can find it at Wal-Mart. and that one doesn't smell like mint!
