If I'm with a group of people, I'm usually the babbling idiot trying to fill the silence--if it's uncomfortable.
When I'm alone or with people I'm comfortable with (my family) the silence doesn't bother me at all.

no, If you talk all the time it subconciously sends the message to everyone around you that you have to talk to feel like you are there or to be noticed.
so if there is that awkward silence, enjoy it and let someone else ruin it for you.

i can not handle complete silence. i need noise. the TV, the radio, something. sometimes i sing. i keepa fan going when i sleep. so i guess my answer is yes.
