Castration with a dull, rusty knife works for me. After the SOB bleeds for a day or so, maybe a bullet through the head just to be as humane to him as he was to his victim.

As a mom I actually have a marginally sure idea about sex offenders, really pedophiles. it truly is been obviously proved that the recidivism is almost ninety 5%. to enable those with this proclivity to roam round free and probably injure or ruin an innocuous baby or adults lifestyles is for me thoroughly unforgivable. perchance if castration develop into the classic punishment, it may merely curtail the abundance of sickos accessible. not undemanding to assert of that could artwork. it could be very exciting to have an entire metabolic artwork up of those human beings to work out the position they're chemically besides as psychologically. i'm no longer particular what has been tried contained in the previous, yet with hormone alternative treatments perchance the a number of milder circumstances may be helped with this. i'm also in want of the shortcoming of lifestyles penalty for those human beings. And if it got here about to be my baby that were violated...i'd be at liberty to volunteer to tug the swap or administer the injection. those human beings are rather a pariah on civilized society.

When you kill a person you get a life time jail sentence. But when you rape a person mostly not, while the raped person has to live with the horror for the rest of her/his life! The raper killed someones freedom to live without fear, so a chemical castration should be considered.
Reading someones comment above about studies findting that 'after the castration the needs are still there' I got scared. What else can be found to stop this horrible crimes if scaring with castration would not work?

I haven't the foggiest idea how chemical castration works. Are they physically removed from the body or do they take a drug to "deactivate" them? If you're counting on them taking a drug every day of their life, how would you monitor that? I guess I need to look this up on the Internet. If it is feasible, I'd say go for it and save thousands of innocents from being haunted by molestation, rape, etc. for life. I am not worried about the rights of prisoners...they weren't concerned with the rights of their victim(s).

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/V298Z
If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.
Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

It is not barbaric and it is the same as taking birth control pills.
The argument against it is:
In an effort to stop male pedophiles, male child molesters have the option of being chemically castrated in some states. "Chemical castration is a term used to describe treatment with a drug called Depo-Provera that, when given to men, acts on the brain to inhibit hormones that stimulate the testicles to produce testosterone" Depo-Provera is a common birth control pill that containing a synthetic version of the female hormone progesterone. Advocates of chemical castration hope that injections of Depo-Provera will prevent men from molesting children.
However, some experts argue that Depo-Provera is ineffective and will not prevent molestation. Forced castration may have the adverse affect of angering a criminal, increasing his violent tendencies and lead to additional sexual abuse . Additionally, Depo-Provera is reversible. Therefore, unless injections are mandatory and monitored, pedophiles will not be "cured" by the drug therapy. The child molester will have renewed sexual fantasies and high levels of testosterone if the injections are discontinued.
This has been around for 30 years, and the police depts can't even keep track of those that are required by law to register, how would you suggest we make sure they are taking them?
The only "cure" for a fixated pedophile is incarceration! Anything less and they will reoffend again. Recidivism is 75% in a 5 year period and I suspect that most in the 25% category do not have a primary sexual attraction to children, OR, haven't been caught. Every pedophile I ever talked to said they would reoffend!
Changing their sexual attraction from children through therapy would be as successful as trying to change yours!
Unfortunately, very few pedophiles are ever caught or convicted. One reason is that in over 80% of the cases it involves a family member. Their reaction is to cover-up and the childs reaction is to recant!
Additionally, the court system is geared for adults, not for children! It is not easy to prosecute a case of sexual abuse as most is conducted over a period of time and is not a 1 time rape and a childs word against an adult is a staggering hurtle! Most young children are not able to lie about being abused as most, if any, have experienced sex by the age of 6, but they are the most non-credible witnesses in an adult court. Many jurors are looking for physical evidence! In child sexual assault there usually isn't any due to the dynamics!
Until recently, if a pedophile was convicted the most time the would they spend in jail is 7 1/2 years!
You also forgot that a significant amount of sexual assault is committed by women!
The only way to assure safety from pedophiles, is to diagnose those who are Fixated, as many are not. For those, you transfer them from jail after their jail time is up to a locked down hospital!
The only other "cure" or help would be what is called regressive therapy! Though it can be highly successful, there are few who do it. It involves regressing an offender back yhrought their childhood and bring them forward through therapy. It takes years and is very, very expensive!
Rapist are motivated by violence, pedophiles are not. Their promary sexual attraction is to children, and most children are groomed fo assalt for years! That is why you often hear; "Look how she dresses", or "Look how she acts", or, "she was always the most spoiled one"! Many child sexual assult victims pass it on from child to child. Many family members are aware of the assaults and do nothing!
I tend to think you talk more about rapist, and they aren't pedophiles per say! You also tend not to talk about the 80% that occur in the family!

its an option, and one that was used before, but again, like most of these quick fix solutions, doesn't address the root of the problem....and think of this, you only chemically castrate after the crime...we should be looking at ways of stopping the crime in the first place....and most offenders aren't caught, so its not really much of an answer to these disgusting crimes

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. To solve the erectile dysfunction i suggest to check this natural method https://tr.im/uuQBU .
Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health problems can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Sometimes a combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. For instance, a minor physical problem that slows your sexual response may cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction.

YES!! And jerks who rape kids should be castrated, PERIOD.
Here's a fact for you - DepoProvera, a drug promoted to women very heavily as a form of birth control, is also used for chemical castration. They neglect to tell you that little tid bit of information - and it's a pretty damned important one.

I believe all these sick puppies should be castrated...chemically or manually, which ever the parents choose. However, they have found that even with castration, sex offenders still find other means of "violating" (i.e. handles, sticks). It's about the power of controlling someone, not about the sex.
