First off, how old are you?

She probably isn't letting you wear make-up because she thinks you're too young and doesn't want you to seem older than you are. Kids grow up very fast, for years you'll wish you could get that youth back, she just doesn't want you to lose it. Maybe by introducing her to the kind of makeup that looks natural she'll agree. Try bare essentials. It gives you a great finished look without appearing "cakey". I think she might be more willing to let you try something like that.

well she might think youre too young. when i wanted to wear make-up my mom wasnt very excited about that idea. i think that u should start with some light brown eye shawdow, which doesnt make u look like u went eye shadow happy. see if your mom likes it. hint: when your mom finally lets u wear make-up, to make sure u dont have too much on, go ask your dad or brother is it looks ok.. that way you'll have a guys perspective on it. hope it helps

Start small. When you go shopping with her get a light lip gloss. After a while get some light eyeshadows. Don't do anything too drastic. Give your mom some time to get used to the idea. And remember to be patient!

How old are you? Sometimes mom knows best. If you want you can ask her if you can start wearing natural colors that match you skin tone. Don't feel like you want to wear make-up to impress someone or because the other girls are doing it. Be happy with who you are!

Ya maybe you're too young to wear make up. My mom was like that and I looked back on pictures wearing make-up and regret it DEEPLY and think of how bad I looked instead of making me look good which had been my original goal.

well try putting on some light colors then tell her " look it's okay" it might convince her! then over some period of time she'll get used to it then you can try putting it how you would want it! but just go with light pinks or browns! don't go heavy on eyeliner cause thats what freaks out most parents!
