lr- beano- I used to love that go a stack of them as a kid were highly entertaining

but must say i mainly bought richie rich, archie and casper comics with my 20cents pocket money.

Having English grandparents, they used to send my brother and I copies of The Beano, which I just used to love. Was also a big Garfield fan and loved Footrot Flats

My favorite as a kid was actually GI Joe from Marvel comics. I loved the toys and cartoon, and the comic was a natural outgrowth of that. Robin and Superboy came pretty quick after!
