I saw the standard answers here that I expected. I presume you're talking about Bill Clinton.
Yes, he's had affairs with women (so have plenty of Republicans). Yes, he avoided the Vietnam War (as did our current president; he just had his father do all the work). And yes, he's used illicit drugs (so has George W. Bush and other Republicans).
The fact is that President Clinton did do good things while in the White House and now has the William J. Clinton Foundation, which helps people with HIV/AIDS and other charitable functions.

Wow. No idea President Clinton was still so hated by some folk. Here's one possibility: Clinton didn't take the US into a war that we can't win. Here's another: while he was in office there was a balanced budget with a surplus.

I didn't vote for Bush but I don't hate him. I don't understand the hatred for Clinton. This country is more than just a divide between Republicans and Democrats.

Because he was a great president. No war under him, he was a peaceful man. Leave his personal life out of his political. His personal life didn't do anything to this great country. Bush on the other hand, he's just a dumbass.

Sure, nothing wrong with Bill except for some minor sexual problem that the GOP spent $60 million investigating in their hatred of him. He was a far better president than the guy who lives at 1600 Pennsylvania now.

Well, for starters the cheating thing was wrong of him. But his private life, as wrong as it is, is not for us to know, even if he is the president.

Our economy was in the green under Clinton. He cut stupid spending. Look at Bush's budget and what he's paying for.....and look at our debt......no wonder we're broke

And the only reason by the Republicans are asking about why we like Clinton is because they want to turn the attention of what a crappy job their president is doing. Welcome back to reality.

Sex.
Polls after the 92 election showed that both men & women who voted for Clinton were sexually stimulated by him.
