1992 camaro rs 3.1 will not crank?

the car has new engine.It will crank by spraying gas into throttlebody. It has new fuel pump and fresh gas.I am not getting a pulse to injectors. I hooked up scan tool and it says there is no codes

the fuel pump relay or fuse is prob. bad most likley the relay it is comman

You have a bad control module or bad pick up in your distributor.

check all your wires maybe you didnt hook something up maybe a ground even
