The heater core was clogged up. So I took the heater core out and replaced it. It was a lot of gunk in the pipes and in my radiator so I flushed everything with a water hose and with some radiator flush. Still isn't working. I'm guessing that some of the gunk is still in there somewhere but everything was flushed. I took pipes out and clean them and everything. My car isn't over heating so I don't think it's the thermostat. What else could it be. The blower is blowing more than ever before, the pipes in the engine are getting hot so heat is flowing but it's not blowing hot inside the car, it's not even getting warm. PLEASE HELP!

Did you remove the thermostat before flushing?
Are both the inlet and outlet hoses hot on the heater core?
Did you get most of the air out of the core before hooking the outlet line back up?
Is engine coming up to temp or is it running cold, thermostat stuck open, after filling and running have you checked the fluid level to make sure it's full, radiator and over flow?

let the car cool down and take pressure cap off, making sure to see fluid at all times, as car warms up squeeze the top radiator hose, hose coming from thermostat, until you can feel fluid pumping them watch fluid level keep doing this until top hose is full this should remove air. If your top radiator hose has wire in it that prevents you from doing this - sorry

double check the blender door vacuum routings. You may have inadvertently knocked it off when you removed the heater core. Are both hoses from the core geting hot? The one going in and the other coming out? If the return hose is still cold, then you still have a blockage somewhere. That gunk you descovered in the core is from lack of coolant maintenance. You still need to replace your anti freeze. Check the service manual for the recomended replacement miles.
good luck........

Maybe you have a loose duct or hose somewhere.
