I don't think that it is against the law if both adults are consenting. However it IS illegal for cousins to MARRY in Ohio which means that a father daughter marraige is also almost certainly illegal.

Weather it's illegal or not that is still kind of weird and disgusting. I mean he's the father sleeping with her daughter. If she had been younger he would be put away for like 25 years! Think about that, and if you want to be immoral and risk having both of you get in trouble.
