If we think that sending our troops to a war (I agree Hussein needed to go down) that is spiraling out of our hands, is going to save us from terrorism, think again. Listen to what the people in the Middle East think of us. Bush isn't helping any.

I agree that we can't pull out of Iraq.

I like the Bushisms. They make me laugh.

Because, just like the President, they can't admit when they are wrong.

A lot of them also feels it's "patriotic" to stand by the president. But, keep in mind their "patriotism" only goes so far as political party. Most of the Bush lovers were Clinton haters.

Ignorance..there can be no other reason as many of the lies are all out!

As of 2 seconds ago the National Debt is $ 8,616,835,570,865 and this president has had the ceiling raised 5 times since he has been in office! In 1975 the National Debt was $842 Billion!

Hey goodtimes, what did Iraq have to do with 9/11 or terrorist! I'll answer that for you: NOTHING!

Do I still stand by Bush? Well, I supported the war in Iraq - 17 failed UN resolutions over 12 years certainly didn't improve the situation and world-wide intelligence said he had WMDs. Clinton believed he had WMDs. This wasn't just something Bush pulled out of mid-air.

I still support the war in Iraq. Why? A couple of reasons. First of all, we can't walk away just because there's no benefit in it for us. We need to help the government stabilize before we can leave. Secondly, re-enlistment numbers are UP. That means that the same people risking their lives over there are signing up to go BACK. If they believe in what we are doing over there, and they are the ones getting shot at, then who am I - or you - to question that?

Finally, I am *so* sick and tired of all the Bush bashing. The man has certainly done a lot of extremely controversial things - I have no problem with people complaining about that. It's part of being an American - having the freedom to disagree with our government. But I'm so sick of the anti-Bush hysteria. People who compare him to Hitler need to read some books on Hitler and his plans for a "Master Race". That comparison is a slap in the face to the victims and survivors of the Holocaust. Didn't see a lot of pictures coming out of Concentration Camps with chubby Jews clutching their Torah under their arms, now did you? Yet this administration caters to the Gitmo detainees religious needs - even the dietary ones - and Gitmo detainees have gained an average of 13 lbs. One guy just flat-out got FAT down there - I'm just waiting for some lawyer to sue the government over that one. Forced obesity!

Because not all of us are cowardly American hating liberals. We don't listen to the liberal Media and the no idea liberal politicians who have an agenda. Bush is doing what he was elected to do whether it is popular or not and that is to protect us from terror. I stand by George Bush and I thank god we have him.

Because although he occasionally makes bad decisions (immigration, Iran/Korea), he follows his heart. He means what he says and says what he means. He doesn't pander to the polls and isn't led around on a leash by his party. He does what he thinks is right for this country. Thats what we elected him to do (or in 2000, the Supreme Court elected him to do).
