I would realize that I control myself and I can react however I want to things. If I am having a bad day, I try to keep a good attitude and realize that it will pass. I am usually not successful, but sometimes I have been able to stop myself from getting into bad moods.

Every once in a while I wake up a little sad, so I hang out with my friends. They're the weirdest people I ever met, I love them! Their weird, random jokes make me feel totally happy right away.

I remember that I have a roof over my head, food on my table, a wonderful family and enough money to spend on stupid stuff like a $3 cup of coffee. I'm blessed and I try to never forget how lucky I am.

But seriously, I recognize the phase and allow it to naturally happen. With being normally quite optimistic, my being "down" about things is often just temporary.

Depends on who's bed it is. If she is pretty, I would go to a bakery and buy a "honey turnover". I would bring it back to the bed and say "Honey, turnover!!"
