They're preparing you for college, when you have final exams just before Christmas and you're stressed because if you don't pass, you may get kicked out of your program of study, etc..

Take deep breaths, and take it one day at a time. The week before final exams, I unplug my phone, turn off my cell, turn off Yahoo Messenger, and just study and do what I need to get done. And then, after the last test, I celebrate.

one way can be some afterschool activity, like track. usually the track team accepts new members as long as they have the right forms. talk to your coach about that.
also, procrastinating by answering questions on yahoo answers is always fun.
other people might say that doing the work in advance would work, and I'm sure it works for some people.
if you have a graphing calculator, find the section in the manual and learn how to program stuff in. you can make flash cards and i have found that not only does it relieve stress, but actually making the flash cards teaches the information better than anything.
it's different for everyone, though. some people like to go shopping to combat stress.
you can look at the other answers here and do what they say as well.
find your own way, and it will help you for the rest of your life!

I completely understand what you are going throught. i'm in college and we have our finals week last week. I told 3 finals.

My advice is as long as you are caught up on all of your class assignments and homework and you completely understand them you should be able to pass your finals. Like everyone else has stated you will be doing the same thing in college.

Good luck!!!

Oh now for the stress Irelax for about an hour or so before I begin studying I do that for about 2 or 3 hours then stop relax my mind again and then go back and review what I studied.

I completely understand you! I have been like that for the past month. I have to take every exam a day before the rest of my class and have a concert I have to perform at tomorrow night but the catch is...I just learned this particular instrument on Monday! I have 5 more exams to cram in before Thursday. Plus I have homework in all of my classes today. It gets better though because there is always something good about the corner. For me it's this cruise I'm enjoying in a week and a half. There's got to be a "vacation" soon for you!

My advice, just do as much as possible and then when you get a chance...breath! RELAX!

Yes. I am a 15 year boy that has been stressed out for a year so far, because I got in trouble at school. Read my profile and question history, I posted a question about it, I have not asked that many questions so far, so it shouldn't be that hard to find.

take a bath, drink tea/any hot drink, watch a movie in spare time (if there is any), MAKE SURE you wind down in anyway possible for 5 minutes before going to bed, it works wonders, i'm telling you! also, i find writing makes me feel better. keep a diary to right how you're feeling down and write pages and pages if you want. i thinkit works really well.

good luck with your homework. i hate it when teachers do that too = /

ahh i understand where you are coming from...

i had a US history quiz today
a math test, british lit test, and a chemistry test on thursday
and a french test that our teacher says is "tres difficile (very hard)" on friday...

can't it be friday already?!?!?

i just try to deal with it day by day. and i usually try and get homework done in school in other classes, or in free periods. I also try and start long term projects the day i get them or the weekend after so i dont have to worry about it later.

just hang in there... 3 more days!

I breath and meditate somewhere, in attempt to center my chi and my frustrations. If you focus on one thing like a crystal or stuffed animal and tell it all your worries and frustrations, then go back to your studying, you feel like your burdens have been lifted off your shoulders. At least that method works for me, my roomie will go for a run and then come back, but I really think it takes what makes you relaxed.

No, no, this is all for YOU! They want your holiday break to be wonderful, so they stress you out good so when break finally comes, it will be SUCH a relief, very much more so than if they just slid into it.....
