if you do keep throwing side arm, make sure your hand doesnot drag, if your elbow gets in front of your hand, it whips the hand and strains the elbow.

Well, the only way to could do it is if you try to throw it overhand.
It sounds stupid but if you start doing it, it will be fine. To start, do the overhand motion as many times as possible, then grab a ball.
Do the motion with the footballl. Then all you need to do is to realse it. Obviously it wont be pretty, but if you start doing that and continue to do so, I would say in a week, you should be able to throw overhand. Make sure dont put TOO much force into it (like bombing it or something) because it will just keep on soreing your arm. Throw like 5 yards at a time.

if your elbow is blown out then practice your form with bands and in the mirror. if its ok then rest a little bit asnd then throw but slowly move to a comfortable distance. really concentrate on getting on top of the ball and getting your elbow up but it has to be comfortable

If you really threw out your elbow you wont be throwing anyway for a while... The only thing is to practice throwing overhand and work at it

first when you throw make your arm like a L shape so it cant throw sidearm...If its in an L shape its better for your arm and you can throw faster..if you continue to throw sidearm its either your stupid or you got a problem
