I have a blood disorder that causes my body to not break down iron real well, so my doctor has advised me to always eat my steaks medium rare. I don't know what difference it makes, but that's how I eat them.

aged for 3 days at room temp and seasoned with a bit of garlic and crushed pepper corns. Then grilled to medium and topped of with wine saute' mushrooms.
Accompany with Baked potato with butter, chives and sour cream and a hunk of Yorkshire pudding.
Finished off with a rich dry Merlot.

gah these food questions are making me hungry! lol. I like medium well. but sometimes different restaurants cook it differently so it also depends on where I'm eating. usually I'd get medium well. I like a little pink. well done is too tough sometimes.
