You just need to apply yourself, pay more attention, read so books, search the Internet, the only way you can be stupid is by not trying to learn. Failure only comes from not trying

you are not stupid you just haven't had a good reason to need to do this these things, but it is never to late to learn, ask some one you trust to help you get started, and you will do well

No, not knowing how to do something doesn't make you stupid, it simply means you are inexperienced. With instruction or practice you can learn to do anything
