this happened to me on sunday but ummmm i like him but i didnt want to kiss him it was just an reaction to kiss him back! of course i told my aunt and i was crying cuz i felt weird and they said i got molested! im only 13 what was i suppose to do

Stop the train please! Let me see if I've got this correct. You are 13 years old. Five feet and seven inches tall(I wish I had been that tall at your age!). Double D cleavege(I know women twice your age whom would kill for those endowments naturaly!). And a twenty (perhaps plus a year or two) something guy kisses you. I forgot about your weight, yet polite guys don't discuss such things about young or more aged women period. So he kissed you. Well, for starters, you should have walked away really fast. Secondly, told your mom AND aunt toghether right then and there. Third, gone and called the cops. He FORCED himself onto you. That is generaly called "unwarranted sexual contact" in most states. Plus, leagally you are a minor because of your age. He's over 18, he could go to proson for what he did. You did the right thing by going to a trusted adult first. For you to call yourself "the ugliest thing in the world" is wrong. I'm not saying in any way that YOU are wrong to have feelings of, or even to be confused about everything in general. Being a teenager is a hard time. I know, I have been one myself, zits and all. Don't shut your mom out, she's probably freaked majorly that some "old guy" tried to pick up her baby girl!! Go talk to your mom. She might be mad, but not at you. Better yet, get both your mom and aunt and have a big group hug for a few minutes. Now do me a favor: Just Breathe!!!

Kissing you is not molestation. Only if more happened, then it would be illegal. If you really like him you would wait until the legal age or else he could get sent away. You are not fat or ugly! You just got kissed be a 20 year old who things you are beautiful and is willing to get himself in trouble in order to be with you. All you need to do is wait and what is meant to be will always find a way. Trust me, just be the best person you can and if your family can't see that then they are not the best people to go to for help.

Don't ever feel obligated to kiss anyone at any age! You have the right to say no at anytime! If you don't want to kiss then just say I don't want to kiss you because I'm too young and just walk away. By the way you sound hot with big boobs but you're too young for me though. Big boobs are a blessing, most guys like that so don't go hating it. When you grow older you'll appreciate it.

I think you should calm down a bit and not over react. Why did he kiss you and where? On your lips? On your cheeks? On your forehead? Each kiss means a different thing. I think molestation involves more than what you are describing. But still it's inappropriate and you should learn from this experience. Also, self hate is not healthy, nor religious. Accept what god has made you. He know the best and he is never unjust.

You did not get molested. You kissed him. Just because you regret it later doesn't make it molestation. You sound unbelievably developed for a 13 year old, so maybe he thought you were at least his age. If he knew you were 13, then he's a creep.
A kiss is not the end of the world. Just say next time, you'll be careful of who you kiss. And you sound like you have a cute, curvy figure to be proud of!! Just don't flaunt it too much or you'll have creepy guys like this coming after you.

I'm sorry, but obviously you knew what you were doing!
I mean what do you mean what were you suppose to do? For one you should not even be haging around or dating 20 year olds.
Don't act like a victim!
13 or not you are still old enough to know what you are doing!
That's what i think! hang out with kids your own age.
I mean yes, this guy is kissing on 13 year olds and that's just sick if he's 20... but unless he forced you by means of aggression this is called nothing but a big mistake on your part!

It's hard to build the bond back between mother and daughter, but it will happen. Your mom will love you no matter what, but they ARE right. You did get molested. If an adult endured sexual contact of any kind with someone under the age of 18, it is called rape, regardless of whether the minor did so willingly.

I would call that molestation. Get away from the 20 year old NOW before he does more than kiss you. Your mother has the right to protect you anyway she feels necessary; and from the sound of it, you need protection from this guy. Be a kid...and listen to your mom. She knows what is best. sweetie really don't worry. It happened for a reason, and you can't take it back now. All you can do is stop it from happening again. When I was 16 (I'm 17 now) I got my first kiss from someone who was 24... he turned out to be a bit of a mistake, but all we can really do is learn from our mistake. That is illegal for him to touch you/kiss you. He was taking advantage of you. Stay away from him.
You are beautiful and beauty shines from the inside out. Dont think negative things about yourself, we are all different shapes and sizes. Concentrate on your future, your schooling, finding yourself and finding what makes you happy. Cheer up sweetie, you'll look back at this when you are 20 and you will laugh about how silly your thoughts were then.
