That happened to my sister once in Disney World. We were just about to get on a water ride after waiting in line for an hour, and she said, "I have to go to the bathroom." My dad took one look at her and said, "It's too late now." He dragged her onto the ride--remember, this is a WATER ride--and she made it through alright. She did make a run for the bathroom after the fact, however.

Ferris wheel is easy...let 'er rip and pretend it was a malfunction. The Tilt a Whirl is more problematic.
I have discovered that if you vomit energetically and chunkily enough, even the most copious incontinence is overlooked in the resultant brouhaha.

Wait for the ride too end and then look for the closet tree or run like hell for the bathroom area

Piss yourself and then vomit in your own lap to take away the attention from the piss. Vomiting is much more excepted on rides!
