I don't think it's regular black tea. Maybe it's Oolong or Red tea? Any body know?

Most of the time it will be Oolong tea such as Tie Guan Yin or Shui Xian. Shui Xian is a very popular variety of Oolong tea and one the common favorites among Gong Fu tea drinkers. This tea can be found in most Chinese restaurants’ menu, where the spelling "Shui Hsien" is more commonly used. (I took that from www.teacuppa.com).

Sometimes the restaurants may also serve jasmine tea or black/red tea such as Liu Pao Tea or Loose Pu Erh Tea. The best way to know is ask the waiter or waitress at the restaurant next time.
