I heard from a couple of people that they change the fuel mixtue in the winter to help the enviorment or something? Is this true? My MPG dropped since november, I used to get 30+ now I getr 20

Many states require a change to 15% ethanol as of Nov 1 each year. If you have a Flex vehicle, you will see no difference, but a non-flex will have a mpg drop of 10-20%.

Gasoline is reformulated during the winter, especially in Northern areas. Winter operation is improved by gasoline which evaporates at a lower temperature and possesses anti-icing capabilities. The use of winter gasoline will not cause a 33% drop in mileage.
