You are correct. The next numbers are 16, 15, 19, 18 because 3 is added to alternate numbers if you know what I mean - not sure I explained it correctly - 3 + 3 = 6, then 7 + 3 = 10, then 6 + 3 + 9, 10 + 3 + 13, and so on.
