Sleep deprivation causes numerous side effects which are often exacerbated by secondary conditions/elements. Reflexes slow, senses dull, depression is as likely as a euphoric state. Insomnia websites are teeming with goodies on the subject.

I know that if you lose sleep your immunity system grows weak and you can get sick more easily and if you lose sleep its hard to remember things the next day.
