Of course, I bet everyone does at some point or another. I am particularly bad about wanting to pack up and move when things are rough or just when I'm bored by my day to day existence. But, then I think about it some more and I realize that no matter where I go or how clean and fresh the start-over...I am still me. That means I'll just mess it up in the same old ways I have always messed things up. That's OK tho, because we all make mistakes, and sometimes we can feel trapped by them...but no amount of exterior changes will ever be a permanent solution. The fresh start has to come from the inside, that's the good news. THAT doesn't require a moving van :-)

I look at every "New Year " as a clean fresh start. You have a chance to start another year all over. You have a chance to correct mistakes you have made in the past year, accomplish goals you didn't get accomplished or anything else you may want to change. But in reality everyday is a chance at a fresh start, but I wait until the new year, because it gives me a chance to plan better.

Well, there are someday which I do wish I can start things all over. But most of the time, I'll tell myself it is what the past happening make what I am today.
Unless you are really unhappy with your life now, if not, don't think to much on "start all over" kinda thing.

Yes, there are some decisions that I wish I would have done quite different. Just to start new and fresh with nobody and
no one, new job, new town and new house.
But then I think...hmmmmmmmmm.
I would be awful lonely alone, I am glad what I have been through and what I learned and with whom and I am pretty happy and
content to have what I have.
