I want to upload pictures and make a video with them, I don't have any videos to add to it. I wasnt meaning for perverts to see, only people I give it to.

you can upload it to google and have it unlisted so it won't come on searches and only opened by the people you sent email to.

One site you can use is www.onetruemedia.com
I've used it before for several videos I've made. You have to create an account on the site, but it's easy and completely free. You can now upload videos and pictures and also select music to play during your video. They have quite a few songs or you can upload your own. It's free to share via email or just sending the link to someone to view online. If you plan on ordering a video to physically hand out, it is a bit pricey. I paid a tad over $30 for mine. But, if you buy one and have a DVD burner you can burn more copies.
Another alternative is downloading Windows Movie Maker, which is also completely free. It will let you do the same thing and you can burn it on your own.

Make one at home for your own viewing pleasure. I would never go on line and take the chance of exposing my baby to the world wide web, to dangerous now days with all the perverts out there.
