I purchased some products from Tigerdirect.com and it had a rebate connected to it. I filled out the rebate info and selected to have it sent to me in a gift card from Tigerdirect by paying an extra two dollars to get it in three days. This was completed on October 16 2006 and I have not heard anything since. I have sent numerous emails to the company and have only gotten the automated emails with no furthur information given. Has anyone had any problems with this company or had problems with rebates like this?

TigerDirect.com does have a history of this issue. On the whole it has cleaned up over the last couple of years. Your only option is be persistent, and follow up. Contact their customer service number a link is available on their front page.

Rebates are BS you will never see the money.
