I have a laptop from my school and they have a spyware to see what i have been on that i am not suppose to be on (music websites, music downloads) if you know how to delete please help out

If they have a good keylogging program it's going to be hard to find. The best of them won't show up in your add/remove programs list, or even in the task manager processes. One way to try to find it is to go to start, run, "msconfig". Search for startup programs and non-microsoft services. Do a google search for each startup program or service you don't recognize. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a registry search, which is beyond your skill.
If you find the program, disable it from startup when you want to use your computer freely. Then, re-enable it when you're at risk of having your computer searched.

go to McAfee or some other security website (google "security programs" for more security websites) and they maybe have a free Spyware scan so you can delete them.

They'll know you removed it when you give it back, so why bother?
If you'll get in trouble for visiting these sites, you'll get in trouble for removing the software that monitors this too.
On second thought, here's a software to view all the programs that run when you boot your computer - it will work for 21 days on a trial basis.

Check out Spybot, it is use to clear any spy ware in plant.
But if you just want to remove the track that you have create and not the spy ware, guess it is a difficult thing. Unless you know what spy ware it is and what to delete, in order to keep the present of the of spy ware, yet not able it to collect any data.

Theyll find out. Either way usely schools have a program that wont let you delet what youve done add more information if I can help in anyway.
