It could be from a hemorrhoid or a small cracked place in your anal opening, but you really should have it checked. If it's bright red, that could be from a hemorrhoid or anal crack, but if it's darker, then that is more serious. Please see a doctor.

Are you sure your period hasn't just come early? They can be erratic sometimes. If you think there's a real possibility you might be pregnant, then get tested as soon as possible. But bleeding doesn't necessarily mean pregnancy. If it continues and you're sure it isn't your period, see your doctor.
