DeMorgan's law states that the negation of a conjuction is equal to the disjunction of negated terms.

Alternatively, DeMorgan's Law also states the negative of a disjunction is equal to the conjunction of negated terms.

NOT(A and B) = NOT(A) or NOT(B)

NOT(A or B) = NOT(A) and NOT(B)
